Looks very sweet, on the surface... I saw it late last night. It appears to be a preliminary move, kinda of like going out on a date. One has to wonder what the other side of the deal looks like, and why the vendor is intersted in JNY.V
I notice that JNY.V offer no timeline as to when this letter of intent may become something more firm, other than to say they will now do some DD on the property. there is not a lot of detail, so digging will be fun, if at all possible, being an offshore property and vendor.
Letters of intent can tie up a deal softly, but all parties can walk quite easily. The market has reacted in kind, without follow through to the hype prior to the event.
This gives us the luxury of time ourselves to do some DD.
I am looking for to confirmation of the Mexaican assays. Who knows what will happen from that.
