When was the Edgar filing reported to shareholders originally supposed to happen? Was it not before year end 2012 and here we are with January 2013 come and gone and still no Edgar filing. Now I may be wrong do you think in 31 days they couldn't assemble the information properly to have Edgar make a filing?

There will be no filing soon and I feel comfortable saying it but uncomfortable it isn't going to happen or it would already have happened.

You know there is a lot of people who continue to believe every word Eric says and yet he over and over doesn't deliver on what he says. Don't know how many times you have to be burned to finally figure out you are getting burned.
