Wow! Pulling out all the stops now. Wish someone really knew what was going on. I actually went to the plant have eaten almost everything that is available. Actually cut a piece of brisket right off the smoker, dead on the best there is. The is a USDA inspector on premises all day everyday so it passes all the same tests as the ribs you buy at your supermarket. And spoke to the licensee , actually has an office and a very nice home. Went to the 600 seat movie theatre that is already built out and will open when the equipment is installed. Seats 120 with tables and another 480 outside own the patio and in the lower section. And go figure he has a real staff and a GM that will be running it. He is also building a Wyndham hotel in the same city. Also found out most of the food in the restaurants will be fresh and cooked on site.
