Why does QTMM need to fund reactors? I thought we were supplying the dots or at least the license. If we have our own reactors and making the dots both...for product "A" then what is the "Joint" about? I find it a little hard to believe that there isn't some company out there that would put up a couple mil for a reactor line and let us produce dots for their product "A". Since it has been touted that the dots them selves can be made from inexpensive reactants, we really should not need such an increase in shares. Can the Saudis not afford a couple mil? That's the question that really needs to be answered..HOW COME NO ONE WITH DEEP POCKETS HAS BEEN WILLING TO GET IN BED WITH US? ESPECIALLY WITH DR. J'S INFLUENCE? I just hope SS is making a take over in the future more difficult by adding shares now cause he knows what is coming.
