This is the only reason I can see..maybe????

1. The Debtors’ Exclusive Filing Deadline is hereby extended through and
including February 7, 2013.
2. Entry of this Bridge Order shall not prejudice the Debtors’ ability to seek
further extensions of the Exclusive Filing Deadline (or the Debtors’ exclusive period to solicit
acceptances of a plan of reorganization) pursuant to section 1121(d) of the Bankruptcy Code,
provided that any such further extension is noticed to be heard prior to the new deadline
set at the hearing currently scheduled for February 5, 2013.
3. This Bridge Order shall not in any way impair or prejudice any rights or
objections the Committee may have with respect to the Motion.
4. This Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from
or related to the implementation or interpretation of this Order.
