if you trading this stock I think the main question at the moment is what to expect from up coming financials, as I said few days ago I don't think numbers will be great, likely not as bad as last time, somewhere in the middle around 600K...I don't think financials will move up the PPS, it likely to stay at ~.20 or have a slight dip into .18s-.19s...however, I think there is a good chance that the DLA may extend the mandate or issue another more favorable policy for the DNA tags, remember that the DLA stick out its head on this and will do what it can to make sure this mandate thing is not viewed as a failure, these are government bureaucrats who don't want to lose their sweet jobs and it cost them nothing to issue another policy, not their money, so they may just issue another policy making it even more attractive to sign up with APDN..my point is that in my opinion best time to buy this stock might be after the financials, pick them up cheap and wait a little, something good may happen in late spring or summer...just my 2cents
