Yes, I know that....

But once the Restructuring Process is finished (maybe 6 Months after filing debt protection?!) - what happens next? I know right now judges have to approve everything the BOD decides. Am only musing what comes next.

Myself I don't worry too much that 1-4-13 will be last day of trading. Maybe only another switch from OTC to the grey market. But from the KPMG files there has been no word yet that the management seeks to wipe out us shareholders.

That would lead to lots of lawsuits due to the fact book value even after downwriting Hollister must still be lots higher then debt burden
