Since it is impractical to address the shareholders and parties interested in our company on an individual basis, I believe it is a timely point to address the many inquiries about our corporate developments. As a growth industry, the search and social networking sectors face many challenges and the management of TagLikeMe Corp. has been taking great care to analyze where and how we fit into this prolific new marketplace. TagLikeMe Corp. acquired Glob Media Works Inc. and the TagLikeMe product in 2012 in order to launch a leading product with real value and deep capabilities that can set it apart from others in the industry. While our current technology offering is engaging and useful, it does not address the broader needs of our existing and future users. We also recognize that simply launching Apps is not the answer. This creates a “school of fish” mentality where we begin following the whims of hardware suppliers and other interests just to fit particular criteria. We have a meaningful and powerful business model guided by a vision of a better social search tool and that is what we are working to deliver. I have only been in charge of TagLikeMe for a short time. I am not concerned by Blogs or online commentary that seeks to disqualify our brand or disparage the Company or its product - everyone has the right to express opinion. What I do want to be clear in the mind of our supporters and stakeholders is foundations of our company under my management; I will deliver a brand that has excitement and practicality - I stand by this. It is a testament to my career spent in the technology and telecom sectors. It will however take some time. I hope to provide further announcements very soon about our developments and news of our progress to our users (partners) and shareholders, of which I am one. I fully expect that solid news, execution of our developed business plan and advances in both the technology and marketing of TagLikeMe will have a strong impact that will translate to our value as a brand and company, and the positive future for our stock.
