h insider owned?? of course, they have been paying themselves with stock, because they have had no income....Dave Burney is the only one to pull down any cash for years, because he is the key to selling the company to any one, he knows his gold...............looks like it will be march before any p.r....see stock running to .30 over next 30 days as news of I.B. leaks out and site visit happens..then ib can turn their brokers loose to sell USPR shares
