I can remember another security I held who put me in a similiar situtation as ONTC did.

This other stock lured me and others to buy their stock with a promise that we would get so many free shares of another stock per one share of the current company.

We never got our shares from the new company. In-fact, the new company never got off the ground.

However, the old company shares rose from .0003 to .044 in a few months.

What I'm applying here is Sh_t happens when companies try to transform into something bigger than they can handle, but in time they do have the ability to compensate shareholders in a way no one can complain about.
