I looked quick on my phone, will look more tonight. Saw the prior art Bob referenced. Prior art and obviousness of the invention two key areas to zone in on. Very proud Bob got this far. Next thing that gets filed is Walgreens response. Not sure how long they have in California to respond to the suit.
