As we all know, facts won't matter to some[....:)...after all the b/s that JR has gone thru with the manipulation, finally, finally he (we) may be looking at clear skies here....many of us wanted this to be aggressively addressed (legally) by the company last year when obvious lies were being circulated...while no long holding KMAG wanted the suspension, it is now looking likely that the suspension will in the end bring about (by a triumphant re-re-emergence)an even bigger springboard for the PPS than we were hoping for on that fateful Monday, Sept. 17, 2012.....$$KMAG
