Today being end of fiscal year (and end of Q4) means quarterly is due 3/15 and annual due on May 1.

For each Fiscal Quarter End, upload a Quarterly Report via www.OTCIQ.com within 45 days of the quarter end.

For each Fiscal Year End, upload an Annual Report within 90 days of the fiscal year end.

Last year, only the annual was done, not the Q4, but, that was during the time that the company was re-emerging.....so, we'll have to see if we get a separate Q4 and annual this year....we will certainly get the annual..
