I have many thoughts, if we make it past that date without a settlement it could be very interesting. I found a stock earlier that the funding party wrongfully took possession of the company, (kinda like trying to force a chapter 11 and stealing a product) and now they are going to court to be judged on a settlement. Currently the settlement is in the 250mil range to be decided by the court. Granted that's not our situation but does shed some light on doing wrong. With our wins against playboy and all the evidence, we have a very very strong case, the damages alone for the past 2 years plus interest, could easily push up into the 25mil+ range. Give or take a few mil.

Increasing profits and gaining more and more distributors each year, =$$ so we could be very very happy in the end IMO.

Granted this is all my opinion, but we should be finding out hopefully sooner than later!
