Better? Being told that you need to make $350 and 4 sits a day or you lose your job is better? Being yelled at via conference call, phone calls from dm and emails is better? I remember when we actually had a company who gave a damn about us and our customers now all we have is a company who doesn't give a damn how we end up. Being positive also wears out when you now have to call most of your customers to let them know that the portraits they have been waiting for for the last 3 weeks is going to be another 4-5 weeks out, you run out of basic supplies and have no clue who to call because they are changing dm's like they are dirty socks. So I will and have been taking care of my customers but do not expect me to keep that reassuring smile on my face outside of my studio when I know everyday is another day to get yelled at for not having customer portraits, not hitting an unrealistic sits/sales plan and not knowing if today is the day I get a "Your studio is closing" email.
