Maybe they are waiting for the rig paint to dry and cure????
But at $10,000 a day lost rig time, maybe they should buy a bunch of hair dryers and speed it up.....

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
