The trouble with this stock is all the reverse splits.

If you had bought 1 million shares in the original company you would not have 1 share to show for it now.

They do not have any serious debt that I can see and they have decent gold in a low cost production part of the world, but why would I invest with a CEO who has a serious reverse splitting habit? Every time the get close to the authorized share count, they RS and issue another 100 million shares. I can't see them stopping any time soon, so until they get some gold and commit to suspend the reverse split circus this one is untouchable!
