I understand your insinuation but the jest of the article places blame for the shorting mess on the short sellers and their partners in crime the brokers. The people taken advantage of are the struggling companies and those invested in them. I for one do not feel Ken is shorting his own company. That smacks of being illegal. All my opinion of course.
