the best around! they have the best grub in MN! I lived in st. cloud for 30 yrs, went to school in elk river/anoka '89".
it was a small beer joint in the 40s through the 80s now Jack and jims is probably the best supper club in central MN, the food is incredible! get there before 5:00 or you wont get in! its a must for anyone in the cloud area! go 25 towards foley and follow signs to Duelm it is really small town only the catholic church and Jack and Jims!
