Here is my recipe for hot buttered rum:



In a large coffee cup I microwaved a cup of apple juice until hot.

I then added about two OZ of Capt. Morgans Spiced RUM and a tablespoon of butter. I microwaved the cup for another 30 seconds until the butter was almost melted, then added a large tablespoon of butter pecan Ice Cream and a little nutmeg.

I might add a little cinnamon to the next cup.
