i just started following this stock. Chart is very suspicious. Big pop the day before the PR, then selloff into the Monday news. The strange part here is the prefered shares which recieve a 10% interest rate. Apparently there are worth $18 million, so the first $1.8 in profits is out the door efore it is made every year.
How does this stack up for shareholders??
