A friend of mine CATPUKE has been speaking to the new President Mr. Dominick Falso. He has told him that they are going to be doing some joint ventures in the oil and gas industry. CatPuke asked Mr. Falso how he would be paying for this and he said they have private financing in place and that there would be no dilution for these joint ventures.

Mr. Falso also indicated that the ink is still wet on one of these agreements that will be announced shortly.

Mr. Falso also told CatPuke that news will be coming as soon as the company is brought to current status. Since that happened today I expect we will see a PR tonight after hours.

Share structure is decent for a low trips!!
