That was based on someone's opinion. So, may or may not be the case.

I think they should just get a new valuation, if that is part of the hold up. I could honestly care less what it comes back at, as earnings, sales, and income growth are what is important.

The Library's value can be completely incosistent what it actually ends up earning a company. There is no exact science.

I dont see why anyone would put much importance into this number
