Suze...I have looked at the same thing. I have about 4 years left on my loan. About 90% of it is principle though so refinancing does me no good.
If doing home improvement, I would get a fixed rate loan. Why gamble when rates are so low now? Or, ask Anna, it is her line of work.
BTW, best choice.....sell the place and move to Texas!
