What is he suing for??? Breach of WHAT contract???

these companies
clearstock, dealflo, global consulting...I think he is just suing anyone he has even spoken to over the phone...has any tried to obtain a copy of the actual suit filed? I sent off an email requesting information on how to get a copy says it takes a couple of weeks to get them....plus that judge Norma Gurich is a top judge...how long is this stupid thing going to drag out??? its totally annoying...it was filed on 09/21
