The only reply they can give to any question is to refer the inquirer to publicly disclosed information. Other than that, it will be things like "thanks for your support". It is against the law for a publicly traded company to share new information of material significance to individual stockholders.

I do appreciate that you've contacted them. At least that makes them aware that people are watching and feel strongly about what the business is doing.
