Does anyone here believe that the "Lawsuit" filed by Megas was anything other than a stalling tactic now?

Yes, I believe that Megas really does want money from the defendants. And he may also want to register some stock. The idea seems to be for the defendants to accept service and then settle immediately. I'm not sure what incentive they have to do that, but there must be one.
