I write to management before I ever open up issues on this board.
You who have ever read my comments know that while I am a long
term investor, I am not totally enthusiastic about the decisions this
management makes.

Their decisions seem to benefit the few and throw the rest of us
under the bus.

My most recent bone is still all about keeping investors fully informed.

While they have made this decision to slow roll, minimize, and avoid
making announcements so they don't annoy the FDA (IMO), the other side of
that coin is that the stock dwindles, and we have a hard time getting the
word out in a significant enough way to encourage enrollment in our
trials.

Management could be doing a much better job of updating investors without
alienating the FDA. This would help inform the doctors who are the ones who
encourage their patients to enroll in this trials or that one. Most Doctors have never
heard of Bavituximab or Cotara. And I have spoken to many.

It would also help the company maintain a more positive financial profile.

I believe that they have much more detail about these trials that they could
legally tell us than they do. And I think it would help the company
if they kept us better informed. Just my opinion.
