Because they have not been able to finalize a sale for the South African mine by this time, they have to start taking bids for the Nevada mine. This was part of the original agreement. There have been too many delays in the process to obtain offers for the SA mine. Still holding out hope that they can hang on to Hollister in Nevada. Dream a dream and get a joint venture in Burnstone.
