As part of this engagement Mr. Ray Dombrowski and Mr. Peter Gibson have been appointed to serve as CEO and CFO of the Company and its Nevada subsidiaries effective immediately. Both Messrs. Dombrowski and Gibson have extensive experience in managing companies which are in insolvency proceedings

This is the same team that came into Chemtura when they went through their BK/liquidation phase. This team was able to work several deals that made the depleted stock price for the shareholders very profitable. Holders received cash payments and new stock. It was difficult to determine how much, but from reading through posts on ihub, it appears they nearly got triple/quadruple what the final price of the old stock was.
