Conrade, are the AAPT bars manufactured & produced at Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS?

If yes, why not allow the KSU students to wrap too, and then ship directly from the University? Not very cost effective to ship product from Manhattan, KS then to Seneca and then re-ship from Seneca.

Cost control problem at AAPT?

Oh and YES it DOES matter where the bars are manufactured. AAPT had TOUTED 80 jobs for the Seneca area in the press/TV last April 2012. Remember that?
