Long ago Ed. No problem asking. Most every shareholder I know of has been 8-k'd. Can't speak for the street name DORL bunch. I really don't know of any lingering XBOR holders but I would guess there will be a final tender somewhere along the line for the remaining XBOR holders. From what it appears RDMP has acquired a controlling interest (finally) and moving on to the next step.
