lto ---- not a scam, just possible one of the worst run organizations i've seen in a long time. wang is so far in over his head, his few pals keep his head above water until he sells or gets bought ----- there are no tag days for wang, he covered his butt with all the free shares, and when it is all said and done, he makes his money hand over fist. really dont care though. it is the shareholders who need to make a few bucks. fcpg is in business, i verified that outside of filings with friends in the prc. when we do head north, all we will hear is what a great leader wang is, and he is a non factor. pressures from outside along with those who have private placements will force his hand no matter what he says ----- if he does not succumb, vendors will cut him off. he is a greedy sob, and he will not walk away from his payday. he could have made it easier, but imo a complete control freak and egomanic. there is a chineese proverb for this guy, but in lieu of all hell breaking loose, i'll keep it for a later laugh. david
