EPIPHANY! Okay that is crystal clear now. Sorry you went though all that work to get it through my thick-head. The significances is that cohort 1 is CONTINUING to be dosed so the dose is known to be tolerated already then why continue unless their was a benefit! My wife is right I don't listen.
