This is what these scumbag companies do.
they have under 20 million in cash, and lose a few million a month, of course they will do a share offering when the share price more then doubles in a few days.
They only have one drug on the pipeline. One.
Only hopes. The hedge funds bought it all the past few days and raised the "price target" to $11 and $13 only so they have some news to sell into hopefull investors.
