Fastest way to market is by combining with a standard of treatment and showing in a challenge clinical (two groups, standard only and standard plus Kevetrin) study increased efficacy over the standard only, with no change or increase in side effects and toxicity. Kevetrin then emerges as a stand alone later after extensive trial data showing exactly which cancers.

From what I've gathered regarding its mechanism, I think Kevetrin will probably be best used as a combination therapy. The increased efficacy will be two fold: reduction of other medications and increased response. But, that's just my conclusion/opinion.
