No self respecting short is going to cover at these prices. They may buy a few to use later to control your buying. On the other hand there is one thing they dearly want here and that is to trade. Us sitting back and picking off small orders of odd lots and taking them out of weak hands is not to their liking. Still small lots available at $15.00 20 or 30 at a time. Hold every one you have and add when you can.
Since there are only 30,000 available to begin with it will get harder and harder to buy shares.
