Nothing legally binds them to releasing the data in January. They made a promise on their website to do it. If they don't do it in January - guess what happens ? Nothing. They only break their promise. No tragedy. Unless they put out a delay statement, which will alert people, I don't think the price will dive if we hear nothing by eod thursday. They may be needing 2-3 more days, or a week. I can wait.
