Dispensaries are paying taxes and working within the laws- why are so many of them going to jail? In order to run trials which are not only efficient but also relevent, a constant and consistent supply of medical grade cannabis is required- therefore the correct strengths n cannaboids can be reached- if the government is raiding n locking up growers at alarming rates- where are they supposed to get this product from? Cant just walk in the commercial grower n get the same strain over n over for your one year test- why? Because there are no commercial growers- look where the dispensaries get their medicine from, usually backwoods or basement growers. Hard to keep it consistent when the govt isnt providing the drug for testing, which is the basis of all scientific testing
