CP...i mentioned this previously that there had to be a catalyst for the FDA to issue these new guidelines http://www.lexology.com/library/detail.aspx?g=23196cfa-d6c7-42c0-8f4e-c22500c14b23 ...no one other than ex commented...the coding error was "discovered" by the fda according to what we know...i believe that the fda is trying to address the problem past present and future with the new guidleines...my feeling is that if you want to find out what happened the fda is a better place to start with imo...r
