LOL, I can only comment on what was said in court. Even though I'm quite long, I'm not interested in spinning some story that makes Rambus look better. Your story does not fit the tracks.
Stone had to figure out a way to get Johnson on the stand to testify, and he did.
You make it sound like Johnson's testimony was the pivotal point in the trial. What was so earth shaking that came from his testimony?
BTW, the entire time I was at trial, there was never a question that Johnson wasn't going to testify. There was just a lot of haggling over the length of Hynix's deposition of him.
