I have not a clue as to what you just said. I am sorry about that as it has caused us both trouble in the past and it most certainly could again
right now & in the future but perhaps If I say it out loud every time it may help keep us from misunderstanding one another further ...

THIS is the part where I don't have the 'clue'as to what you are saying ... The general concept of a free court that has human principles as a preamble is due for humanity. 'Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness' could be the foundation.


We have the United Nations. We have the Hague. We have the Geneva convention.

now if you want one more what? .. international and spiritual? church type of court? .... Go for it! Good luck ............it couldn't hurt.
