Companies authorize more shares all of the time to prevent a takeover. AMBS' leaders are smart as hell and know exactly what they are doing. I, along with many others, have complete faith in them. I wouldnt even mind too much if they had to do maybe another 50 or 100 million shares in order to raise capital.
