Rhetorical question --- with Iraqi troops now on the move, what if U.S. special forces within Iraq fire off a few rounds (near misses) toward the US troops in Kuwait - thereby giving Bush the go-ahead without the messy UN complications? stranger things have happened and could happen --- anyhow just a thought
