i've also in the past emailed them and got a response in a very short matter of time with complete answers to my questions. Just now when I ask about being an independent seller of his products he don't email me. Was starting to think something fishy going on if he not answer back regarding independent seller inquires. But as long as someone else has heard back from him in regards to it. Thats great to hear! Just frustrating for me cause I'd like to find out more about doing it.
