Thats one way to look at it. But where shares were sold, shares were bought. I agree with the paint job, but actually it was just the opposite last week.

Not sure where these shares are coming from. Back in November 15 million were bought at .002, so this could just be short money.

The positive is that someone is buying and accumulating. Let's see what happens.
