but somewhere on IHub i saw an even better, but more disturbing link/article about MM's and a ginormous loophole in the SEC regs(??) that allows for absolutely grotesque misbehavior by the MM's.

if anybody knows what i'm talking about, i'd love to see the link/article.

not only can MM's have an inventory, i believe they can sell shares that don't even exist. shares that exceed the authorized share amount. if i'm not mistaken.

i am long with epgl, so i don't say this to try to sound alarmist.
