Sam,

The Nexgen's Bio-diesel PDF show that it is from 2009. The phone
at Nexgen has a recording that does not answer with the company name. Tomorrow maybe someone could call Nexgen and see what they can
find out.

Brian is going to check with Adam to see what he remembers pre-2009
if anything. He only remembers sending them information. He does not remember any testing that went on, but it does not mean they did not do some samples, he will check.

Hopefully our FASC KDS patent is not being infringed on?
