i don't get all the happy happy logic. If KATX gives you KATG shares it should mean the gross value of KATX will go down. This means the value of your KATX holdings will go down too. But = you say - you will be getting KATG shares to make up for it. But right now you don't know what KATG will trade at. So really - you do not know where you stand. And on top of that you don't have the spin-off shares yet. Nor is there any guarantee that you ever will get them. It's a sick show !!!!!!!!
