You should be concerned. Whoever is holding shares didn't seem to mind selling them at .045 last week. Also, the TA is gagged, and that is a huge red flag, imho. That being said, I sold my .05s this afternoon at .0599 (thanks to whoever bought them!), so money can be made here. Wouldn't pay too much over .05 if I was you though, and don't hold this pos too long, LOL. Good luck.
